Diagnosis and treatment of prostatitis
No need to guess and hope. Prostatitis can be detected quickly and almost painlessly. Men need to use urine and prostate secretions for bacterial culture, ultrasound or TRUS.
No matter what type of prostatitis is detected-bacterial or non-bacterial-antibiotics are prescribed: amoxicillin, ceftriaxone, levofloxacin. This is not a universal collection. Diagnosis and treatment of prostate adenoma
If an adenoma is suspected, CT or MRI can be performed in addition to the standard examination. If the PSA test result is not good, a biopsy will be performed.
For the treatment of prostate adenoma, two groups of drugs are used: inhibit tumor growth and promote urination. You can try drugs that solve both problems at the same time. The preparations "Palm Cranberry Extract" and "Prostate Extract" are ineffective as independent drugs.
